| you could get the kensington transmitter, and keep your head unit your currently using, or have a look at the new digi set up from pure, that you can play an mp3 player or dab through for £70. Highway - In-Car DAB Digital Radio with FM Transmitter) |

| Thanks for that link to the new Pure Highway - had not seen that! The Alpine XDA unit is superb but does not hook up to the Skoda 6 disc, but I am sure there are headunits that do. That Pure system looks clever, but surely, sending the signal via FM to your car system completely negates the point of the DAB clarity? I had a DAB system nearly 7 years ago in my Scoob and that was superb, but it was a direct feed.

| these transmitter things arent that great - i have been bought several good ones and if you live in an area where u got strong radio waves then fine if not then the quality and choice of stations to put it through is positively shocking. If you have an ipod out of interest why on earth do you still want the multi changer option as surely the ipod holds more and sounds better through the system? just a thought - i ditched my multi changer as soon as i could.

| If you still want to use the OEM head unit & CD changer, you can get the Dension Gateway connectors with CD changer retention. iPod Car Kit Direct | Dension ice Link Plus | Dension iPod Car Adapter I've just ordered the Gateway 100 for the Leon. This has an extra Aux socket & costs £109 all in.

| I hope you have no trouble with it, i very nearly bought a couple of iTrip's, then i found quite a few bad reports on it so got the Kensington digital ones instead as they seemed to be the best (report wise) I'm VERY impressed with them. |
