Question Squeaky windows

In the hot weather, my windows in the front squeak as they wind down. It seems to come from the rubbing strip. Any quick fixes, or do the strips need replacing? It is 2 years old.

Another vote for the silicone spray. Also may be worth giving them a wipe with a damp cloth.

So you just drop the windows and then spray it along the rubber that makes contact with the glass?
