Exclamation Sub and amp to Standard H/U??

Hi All........Sorry to sound Ch@v'ish but can you connect a sub and amp to the standard Fab headunit?? I'm no boy racer with loads of BASS etc I just like nice sounding music.........I don't mind the sound at the mo but it's just not that low down if you know what I mean.....!?!?! I also don't really want to change the headunit. Any help would be great............
