| My airbag light came on after replacing the alternator and I had to get it reset by a Skoda dealer. It has come on again as a result of some more work around the alternator. Can I do the reset myself with the shareware version of Ross-Tech VAG-COM or do I need the licenced version ? |

| If you can log into the controller and read the code you ought to be able to clear it. Be careful with airbags though. There is some information regarding early versions of VAG-COM and airbags.
