| .....and after 1 year and 4 months my beloved Fab vRS is finally having some warranty work. Booked in for next friday to have hatch struts replaced as mine are leaking a little oil, AND my flamin' rear washer failed me when I went to use it yesterday FOR THE FIRST TIME since new.....I thought these things went when they were used in freezing termperatures, yesterday was NOT freezing Anyway, there are no wet patches in the boot, rear or front carpets, so where is the water going Read numerous posts on here, still cant find the washer cable in the engine area......clues anyone??As an aside, I will get the dealer to check all rear mountings and fixings as whenever I go over a speed bump, always at slow sensible speeds, there is a noise coming from the boot which SOUNDS like a muffled 'thud', as if the spare wheel/toolkit is loose, which it most certainly isn't, nor is the exhaust, and nor are the rear seat fixings Anyone got any ideas I bid you all a good day ![]()

| It would be worth trying the rear seat bungs as the source of the noise you are getting. Mine was doing similar and unbelievably just a turn out wards on the bungs cured it. You can find the with the seat folded forward under the metal hoop that the seat latches onto. HTH

| Look under the engine whilst someone operates it.... ![]() One of the things on my old furby to fail was the pipe popped off close to the washer bottle pump, so it was just pi55ing on to the ground behind the front nearside wheel. ![]()

| Aye my washer pipe did that just before christmas, was a bit fiddly but managed to locate the pipe just before it disappears into the body of the car, it's on the right about 12 inches in from the wing, you can probably only get one arm down the back so clicking the two pipes back together is a bit difficult, but it can be done with some perserverance. Good luck.
