| I bought some oil recently from a local garge (not the dealer) and they said that for a Fabia 2000 1.4 8V it requires Semi-synthetic 10/40. So I bought some. ![]() I was just about to change the oil when a friend told me that his Skoda dealer put Mineral 15/40 in his Fabia. ![]() Anybody got any recommendations whats it's supposed to be? ![]() Thanks. |

| Be a thoughtfull owner and treat it to fully synthetic 5-40 - you can get Fuchs Titon SL 5-40 in 4 litres containers for around £16 at GSF. |

| Semi Synth 10/40 or semi synth 15w40 oils should suit your Fabia I'm using semi synth 15w40 magnatec at the mo but am changing to 10w/40 semi synth (not magnatec) |
