Default Correct Operating Temperature?????

Hi everyone!
What is the correct temperature that a 1.9 diesel Felicia operates at?
Should it be the horizontal “3 o clock position”. My temp gauge position runs below this at the “4 o clock position” is this normal for the diesel Felicia??
Thanks Brian Cambs

the actual temp is around 90 degrees celcius, all gauges differ slightly... it might be the first signs of the sensor going wrong tho

The gauge on mine (1.9D) normally sits just on top of the 3 o clock position in warm weather and just on it in cold weather.
