|  double DIN? Hey all! I wondered if I could pick you`re brains for a second, I'm off on a road trip next month so was going to install the mother of all stereo systems for the journey. I was thinking of a double DIN unit (so I can watch films when I'm not driving  ) which I think I could fit it if I tear out the ashtray and lighter from my X reg Felicia but I wanted to know if anyone has had success or failure doing this? I can rewire stuff fine but I'm all thumbs when it comes to hacking off bits of my dashboard.Thanks |

| Re: double DIN? What about a single din unit with a slide out screen? I think anything you do with the dash to make a double din fit would make it look untidy.
