Default RPM Indicator

I have a Felicia 1.3 GLX mod 96 and sometimes the RPM indicator dont move. After of two or three kms the indication return to normally.

it is normal?

no its not normal.

unless its an electrical fault, it could be a sticky needle? Have you tried giving the dashboard a slap and see if the needle unsticks?

could also be a wiring problem/loose connection

Today, I discovered that the RPM indicator only begin move(first time in the morning) when the blower of Refrigeration system begin.

sounds like a dodgey earth to me! probably the one under the steering column
