| I know whose car it was.....it was.....oh s**t, cramp in my fingers again.
Seriously now...work already started and looks very good. Not sure if we can do the black stuff tho. Most customers just get out the black puffer can from Halfords. Black annodised has never been tested on an IC asfaik, it may have a bad result?
We are having to machine new couplings for the hose fittings as they are smaller than usual by about 5mm. These and the IC will be complete tomorrow afternoon. Pipe fitting up and then testing should happen Wed/Thur. This will be cheaper than our usual VAG kits as no bumper bar mods are required. Skoda always leave plenty of space up front for us to fill with goodies : )

Would like the black option if poss though.. sure it was mentioned in an earlier thread for approx £70 extra.. would prefer the stealth look.. but not at the expense of IC perfromance though.
No bumper mods then and should be cheaper?.. now thats what i like to hear!

I don't like the idea of chopping something desgined to protect you in a crash, even if its just a few mm.

Bloody hell, you guys dont half work quickly
cheapness is just what us fabia owners like to hear
I wouldnt be @rsed with a black fmic.. it would prob defo affect performance at least slightly.. besides *if* i had one id want to show it off
for everyone else, something i noticed, brought on by all this.
theres no way you could say remove the numberplate bit to have a f-off sized hole for the fmic due to the crashbar...
