Default Forge 007p

I have recently brought a forge 007p recirc DV i have fitted it and it rubs the engine cover.Should i have brought the 007p with the 360' hose connector.

My Bailey DV does the same but its nothing too bad.
I have seen people cut away the curved section of the engine cover though to stop it happening

fitting it in reverse will also stop it rubbing. If you want to leave it where it is then put some grease or vaseline on the contact point to reduce friction on the vacuum pipe.

we also slit a small piece of vacuum hose to stop the rubbing ...hope all is ok
