| Mike pictures sent, also see note on sumpguard GB thread. Picture 3 shows latest cut out to reduce lateral pressure on IC pipework, just cut out a small V section and filed it round Last edited by Glider; 16-10-2005 at 16:03. |

| cheers for the pictures Will have another go over the next week. Took it out for a test drive and wow what a difference! Even SWSBO noticed it!! Only problem is I've ripped the plastic sump guard out of it's mounts during a *cough* high speed run I can confirm it is now quicker too ![]()

| How many have fitted their FMIC from the GB. Tried and tested, results are ace and a lot less soot. 1/ Bigw2069 2/ Black Magic |

| I have seen NO soot from mine yet (not remapped yet though) - worst I have seen is some "smoke" at night which slightly clouds a bit in the headlights of a car following me. Waiting to see how much it smokes soon.Sorry, to avoid confusion I should say my FMIC isn't the forge one

| Fianlly gave up looking and ordered a new VRS last week - Black Magic with cruise, heated seats and ESP. First job is intercooler and intake on, then a trip to REVO me thinks. How long did people run in their cars before opening them up properly? Some people say TDis need a gentle run in, others say the opposite.
