Just to try and offer you guys our full service and products we are happy to add in the tuning software for a great all in price ..........so here goes

FMIC inc VAT and fitting = £629.25
Software installed inc VAT = £425.00
Total = £1054.25 all in

We have priced the FMIC in keeping with the current Briskoda offer and the
software is also discounted if taken as part of the deal on the same day
(normal retail price on this would be £450+vat)
We always claim the lowest figure for the software upgrades, reality for the
Fabia vrs 130pd is normally around the 170+ bhp on UK quality fuels.

If your software a custom re-map or just a trickery of software?

i take it the 1st 10 people would still get the £500 FMIC
so the total would be
FMIC £500
Software £425
TOTAL £925 ??

Gav I think the price below is for your FMIC fitted, if you can do it yourself then the £925 is correct.

Come on Tom we need you in soon, Bigw2069 & I have an Octavia ( sorry Alan ) to toast at Knockhill mid October. That must be reason enough for you to jump in with both feet.

I *think* i can wangle it. Got some tiny savings, did lots of overtme last month, so might be able to scrape it together... Like I say - time will tell!

Hopefully all fitted prior to RR at Southampton on 1/10/05

To clarify on the software confusion...
We (Forge) do offer a fully programmed remap via obd2 socket (no plug in boxes to be found here)
Our software is fully TUV approved, our claimed 165bhp for the Fabia is worse case for any given car. Due to the TUV regs we have to keep it generic, if we change it in any way it has to be re-tested. Full specific code can be done at greater cost as it means a days worth of testing and dyno work. This is only necessary if you have diesels with big turbo, oversize injectors, etc, etc.
Reasonable generic tuning (whoevers it may be) and our uprated FMIC will work very well together.

So near and yet so far.

I guess Gav is still a very possible and Tom is away trying to wangle so thats a possible 9 which I guess at this stage is better than a 7 without possibilites.

I think that as it's Dereks birthday soon the target number should be reduced to eight ( or 7 ) as a gesture to celebrate such a significant event.

Then we can have them fitted in time for Knockhill, just imagine the free advertising we could give your products at the Scottish VAG Autumn meet.

2 Skodas on track with " Shinny new FMIC's " from FORGE.

Still shameless but desperate and God loves a tryer

And of course our "FORGE" stickers would be proudly displayed on the day to allow the many photographers to take our car's picture and be sent around the WWW

[EDIT] After reading that again thats really what you just said Craig
