Default Thinking of Doing a Cube Project

I have a Cube van that's slowly rusting away outside, I'd really like to do a pickup conversion with some trick bits attached, but unfortunately don't have a driveway, or garage. Anyone else tried a project whilst the vehicle was parked on the street?
