| Re: Aquapel Feeler Hi Guys,
I'm printing the stickers out now and they will be in the post tomorrow.
A couple of people sent me e-cheques which only seemed to clear this weekend.
Anybody got a clue what these actually are anyway?
You should have the stuff fairly soon
Sorry it's taken a while.

| Re: Aquapel Feeler Right, now all packaged for postage including those that MDK1 won.
That's the lot now and while I have one more spare, it isn't worth posting just one so if somebody wants it they can buy it off me at the car handling day.

Sorry it's taken a while. | E-cheques are what Ppaypal 'send' you when the card details they have on file have not been updated by the card owner - usually expiry date issues.
It just means you have to wait for the cash to arrive in your PP a/c anything up to 10 days + you should get an email but not always (?) so you need to look in your PP account to check it's been paid.

| Re: Aquapel Feeler I got the money through this weekend, it was just waiting the 7-10 days for it to clear that was causing the issue. It meant I couldn't send the items until the money turned up.
Anyway it's there now, so everything got sent out recorded delivery this lunch time.
Hopefully everyone should see the package this week
Thanks again to everyone who took part in the group buy.

One question, do I need to keep the jet wash (pressure washer) away from the glass once it's treated?

Originally Posted by Imperator I've seen this stuff on eBay at £20 for 12 ampoules. Is the eBay stuff fake or knock off? Anyone tried it? | I can see £25 for 12 plus £15 delivery charges from the US. Add to that import duty and customs charges.
That works out at £3.33 + customs/duty/VAT each assuming you buy 12, so if you compare that to the prices on the first thread it isn't too dissimilar.
From the same seller 2 are £4.60 + £13.35 delivery so that is £8.98 each and then you have to add VAT etc.
As others will confirm at £10 for 2 delivered I wasn't making anything. I'm fairly certain the same will go for the previous group buys from Jason and Andy.
A large amount of the cost is in the delivery charges.
Certainly when I was speaking to Jason about the suppliers he used none of them actually replied to my e-mail enquiries so I gave up and used a PPG recommended supplier.
Will be interesting as PPG has just raised their prices for the stuff so I am told.

Make sure you clean the screen & other windows well and wipe the wiper blades down with vinegar too

I'd just not put the pressure above what you would consider safe on the bonnet paint and you should be fine. I just use a wide medium pressure spray on mine and it's been ok
