Why would it effect the airbag deployment? Also does it just not go over the top of the existing one?

Think people are getting a little hung up on this! i really don't think it would affect the deployment or hinder its workings. The force the airbag is deployed would pop the badge straight off!

It just sticks on top of the existing badge; pretty firmly IMHO.

Cool. Just got my badges, they look mint. Put the steering wheel one on and it looks good. Didn't warm the area up first though, does that matter?
Havent done the wheel ones yet.

Didn't stop me! I ran outside and prised the centrecaps off then dried and fitted them inside. I'll be re-fitting them after breakfast...

Think they do! the original ones are plastic caps that press into the centre of the wheels.

Question; can you get these in a different size, i.e. 60mm to fit over an Audi wheel centre cap (just bought a set of Audi S-line wheels for my Octy)?

Yes i can get them made to any size but they cost a silly amount because of the quantity

How silly is 'silly'?

If its too silly might just see what my 56mm one look like on the 60mm Audi caps (dark grey background).

It's due to the fact you have to set the printer up and for a printers set up fee it 25 to 40 quid alone!!!
