| Yeah, from the back of the HU would probably be easiest - this webpage shows the pin diagram for the back of the headunit, which should make things easier... ![]() Rob. |

| [font=Comic Sans MS]so i take out the HU (head unit?), remove the glovebox and there will be all sorts of wires to play with? sounds like i might have fun with this one! (i'm new to this stuff - can you tell?) one other quick question then - shall i drill a hole in the windscreen vent pipe, or do you reckon the vents will allow a small wire past its outside straight onto the dash? cheers for your help! |

| Routing up through the blower vent may be a bit tricky - there's a lot of stuff behind the dash. Could be easier to route the cables from the HU, behind the glove box, up the passenger side of the dash and discretely across the base of the windscreen.

I'm not sure how easy it will be to route through the vents though...I think humsk's idea sounds like a lot less hassle and will be just as neat... ![]() Rob. | |

| Right did it today! The live 12v wire I used was behind the radio, and is coloured yellow and red. The Negative was brown. All looks very neat and tidy ![]() |
