| Rather than add to the old post about alarms i thought i'd start a one fresh for this. I contacted a local company about fitting a Toad 850T as recommended by one of you guys (sorry forgot your name)... and they came back to me saying that for the same sort of money (sub £300) they would go for a Sigma M32, basically this unit offers the same functionality of the Toad with a few extra bits and bobs. My main concern is that i have never heard of Sigma before. So, have any of you guys, and if so how do you rate them against the likes of Toad etc? |

| Have a sigma on my vRS, same model. had it installed 2 years ago, no problems yet. You will have an extra keyfob for the alarm so you can choose not to set the alarm by using the ordinary key if circumstances require it. Mine has total closure enabled, lock the car and all windows that are open close. another feature that I have never used, the one that completely locks out the car (superlock mode). Discovered on Saturday that it also has a motion sensor. Another benefit is you then have 2 immobilisers for any thief to overcome (the cat1 alarm and oem)
