I dont know about the costs but I would imagine it just plugs into the back of th HU.

IIRC the changer is mounted under the driver's seat in a special compartment. One of the demo cars I saw had one fitted and it looked very neat!

did one a couple of weeks ago (not vrs) and fairly easy remove seat attach brackets fit changer route wire and bingo took me 30 mins and brackets screws cover trim etc. are approx £40
