Yes , but you may need to make up your own bracket to use the existing bolt holes on the side.

Don't have a 12 cd changer, but when I changed to a 10 disc from original I had to substantially bend the original bracket to make it fit.

Is the estate's rear end significantly different to the hatch? If so, the mounting could be different. Have you thought about seeing if it will go under the front passenger seat? Less cable to run, and you can leave the original changer in its current location in case you want to revert to standard at a later date. Just a suggestion!

For the estate stick it in the LHS rear compartment.....I had a 6 stacker fitted in there no probs but better check for a 12 stacker.

Thanks for that.

I think I might go for a 12 as they are generally only a bit more money. I can allow the rest of the family a generous 4 slots for their personal faves.

In the Estate, a Blaupunkt 10 CD Changer unit fits in place of the std changer unit after a minor bit of bracket modification.
Don't forget that you are likely to have to run a new connecting lead from head unit to changer - easily done!
