Default Fabia Multifunction Display

I picked up my Fabia Elegance TDi last night and am extremely happy with it. However I have a question. The manual makes reference to a display between the rev counter and the speedometer, that diplays the mutifunction computer info, the radio settings and shows which doors if any are open. It is the same idea as that shown on the new octavia web site (just launched today at www.skoda-auto.com). The manual does say that this isn't present on all vehicles. As my Elegance doesn't have this, then which specification Fabia's do have it?

None in the UK have them on the fabias, although it is on the Superb and a basic version on some of the later Octavias in this country. Sorry to dissapoint you

I don't think any of the British Fabia specs have this.

You get the multi function display if you spec the car with SatNav.

Yep, V expensive though (approx £1500). I just thumbed through my owners manual and it describe the features in there.

Very nice addition but costly. You could actually buy a replacement instrument panel with the central dot matrix MFA, you'd look at approx £275
for the panel plus fitting. These are actually VW prices but I imagine the Skoda prices will be very similar.
