i loved driving to a garage in wales last year not knowing where i was, where i was going or what was round the corner, brilliant feeling and the satnav got us there perfect.

gotta play with other features though, it also records you maximum top speed and your best 1/4 mile and logs them in a top ten

i previously had a full clarion install with 7"motorised screen, tv, sat-nav and 6 disc changer but the screen got nicked within 3 weeks so its a claion nax9500e cd based satnav.

my local shop has a few of these left on their own i.e. no screen included and were very interested in how i got on with it.

only thing is you would also need a remote eye and av adapter from clarion which cost about £75 for the pair. the stereo itself is around £450 - £500 depending on where you buy from and the sat-nav is a few hundred aswell so not the cheapest of options but seeing as i already had some parts was the best way to go for me

That looks pretty neat, Any indicator on costs etc m8 as I use Tomtom / mapopolis with bluetooth gps, but want something more permanent, and don't really like double din units

cheers

spoke to my local place earlier that have two of the same units left in, £950 retail or £700 friendly price, bought mine second hand through the shop so didn't realise they were that pricey.

if anyone wants one at the friendly price just pm me and i'll sort it
