Default How can I install front speakers?

Hello!
I've just bougth the front speakr system. And nowI don't know how to mount them. I noticed in this forum that there is a walktrough with picture on how to take off the front panel door to fit in the speakers. But I cn't find it.
So if anybody coul be so nice an found for me.

Or, even better, can anyone tell me hoe can I mont this speakers in?
Because when Itook the plastic cover off and unsrew the original speaker i sax a metal "thing" that looks like something that holds the font window.
And now I am wondering can I saw it off? That metal thing?

And how ca I get the fornt panel out.
The car is Octavia combi 2003.

Sory for my english, it isn't good
