| I'm looking at either Focal Polyglass 165 V2 or V Slims. The V2's are 72mm deep, and the V Slims are 60mm deep. Could i fit the V2s, or would I have to opt for the V Slims? Cheers in anticipation! |

PS I've got Alpine type R components in mine and they sound great. If you're going to amp them up, and TBH, even if you're not, sound-deaden the doors while you have them in pieces ![]()

| I thought this might be the case. The whole car certainly will be soundproofed - by Noisekiller. I haven't actually heard the V Slims, but the V2's sound awesome, really nice sound. The V Slims are a little more expensive at £265 too. Ah well! Also, I think the only way to get soundproofing into the door will be through the speaker hole. can't be bothered to drill out and replace umpteen rivets... ![]() |
