Insurance renewal come through..... Pleasantly surprised!!!

Got my renewal through from Chris Knott yesterday.....

Bearing in mind last year i paid £299 inc. my strut brace and ARB. Then added my Dragon Box about 4 or 5 months later which added £20 or so to what was left of the premium.... Also that the mrs insured hers through them a few months ago and paid £330/340 odd for a standard Fabia vRS.... This years premium is £380....... I'm still gonna try the likes of Adrian Flux to see if i can get a few quid off but was pleasantly surprised as was expecting the usual massive hike after your first year with an insurance company etc....


Mind you the dog's pet insurance came through from Sainsburys yesterday too...... It's gone up from £8-odd a month to £19-odd a month!!!!!! and that's after 3 claim free years with them. Needless to say the mrs is looking at other quotes for that!!!!!

Try M&S for pet insurance, I paid £12 p/m 1st year and made a few claims, possibly totalling £700 and its went up to £15 p/m this year. They are very helpful and settle claims very fast.
