Question a little help with a radio please!

hey all,
this is my fisrt post here, and i have been the owner of a 2000 fabia classic since last year, the problem i have is the previous owner made a complete mess of the radio he installed, the muppet cut of the iso connecting box and all i have now are wires, i have purchased a new connecting box and i followed stu's instructions on another thread, i have the speaker end sorted but thats as far as i got!

can anyone tell me which colour wires in the car i use to connect the
1 - ACC+12v
2 - memory backup (direct to battery)
3 - ground (i know i can ground this to any bolt thats connected to metal) but is there a ground lead already supplied in the loom in the car?

For future reference:

1) Yellow on standard ISO, but Red on the VAG ISO connector
2) Red on standard ISO, but Yellow on VAG ISO connector
3) It's the black lead.

On VAG cars when fitting an aftermarket radio you MUST disconnect the blue lead which connects 12v out to a powered aerial. If you do not you risk damage to the car by sending power to things that shouldn't get 12v (Search for K Line)
