Default MK1 Octavia Header unit to CD cable

Hi - I'm installing the standard Symphony Header unit and 6 disc CD boot mounted CD changer into my 2001 Vrs. I am missing the Header unit to disc changer cable.

There is a cable listed on ebay with part number 1J0051592A.

Can anyone tell me if this is the correct cable for this set up?

From the picture it looks like the one. Where did the O.E one go?

The whole lot was removed from the car before I bought it. I know most people only remove the header and CD unit , but the previous owner of mine really went to town and also removed the cable. I'm just trying to out it back to original.
