MP3 adaptor for Symphony CD player (06 Fabia)

Hi, I've been looking at the CTVSKX001. But it says it's for 00-05 Fabias, and any pictures of head units are the tape HU. My question is, is the CD changer socket the same in the 06 Fabia Symphony CD HU? I didn't want to spend £30 on it and then find out it had changed. If it is different, does anyone know the right kit as I can't see any others.

Also, I've seen on a few posts that the 06 onward HUs can be a pain in the a**e to get out, is that true? I've had my fair share of stereo fittings that have required the use of hacksaw blades for removal (and not just for using as removal keys!) but that was on cars that weren't quite as shiny and new so I don't want to risk causing too much damage if it's a lost cause before I start.

I've got one.
It fits, So no worries there.

The HU can be stubborn but not impossible to remove.
