Question Not insurance for Skoda, but.... complicated!

Just after some advice really!

We're looking at undertaking a little building project which involves taking a rather special body shell with no internals... and a donor car that would give us all the internals we need (for now )

Thing is, we're not sure where we'd stand insurance wise.... tried ringing a couple of places this morning and the quotes were either astronomical (£2k +) or they weren't interested!

So - any ideas? firstly on how to describe what we're doing... and secondly on any insurance companies we could approach?

Sorry if it's a bit vague but I don't wanna give away too much at the mo

Buy a kit-car magazine and look at the ads in the back.

There you'll find someone used to dealing with all sorts of vehicular strangeness.
