| Anybody got the part number for the microphone that goes with the skoda phone kits and sits in the cut out by the light fitting? Also are there other parts required to mount it to a jack fitting and has anyone tried using these with a nokia or parrot etc kit? Thanks.

| Don't know to be honest. It is a 2 wire microphone but that's as much as I know.

| Thanks, that's useful to know. Should still be able to sort something out then even if it isn't a jack connector. |

| I believe someone did try this and had problems, a search should bring it up. I pesonally cut the nokia one out its holder and clipped it in with the little bit of foam squashed in on top and it works quite well. |

| Thanks Stu It's just something I'm looking at the moment and hopefully something that won't be needed. Just got to try and work out how to route a different cable and avoid the heating ducts at the moment.

| It could be that the Skoda OEM mic needs to be supplied with power in order to work correctly. Similar to phantom power in the professional world... |
