my m8s sony cd player increases in volume by itself when he switches his ignition on.

has anyone any ideas?

He hasn't stuffed up the wiring so the telephone mute wire is connected to something it shouldn't be has he?

it was replaced on his daewoo matiz wen he bought it.took front cover off and gently blew it out with an airline replaced,same prob.was talking 2 1 of our maintenance guys and he suggested spraying it with ambersil ipa solvent {electronic cleaning solvent}

hey presto it worked,took an hr 2 soak in or dry out but

now.
