Tomtom start up image - Octavia

Just found out that the newer version of the Tomtom Home Software has a start up screen available showing an Octavia. The software is at TomTom, portable GPS car navigation systems
(you may have to set up a login account)
There are also some quite good free poi's.
This new version of Tomtom home is vastly superior to the old clunky one.

Already have the vRS image as my startup splash screen on my 720

I could only see the Fabia vRS startup screen... Must have another look tonight.....

Home v 2.2 even works on Apple Macs now!

Did a bit more checking after my first post and found that it's quite simple to make your own splash screen for a Tomtom. Instructions are in Tomtom Home.

Can be done on any all-in-one TT.

Just browse the device as you would a USB drive, and replace the file calle 'splash' (has no extension).

Save your chosen image as (and include the ") "splash" and upload to the tomtom
