Want a bigger sub!!!!

I currently have a JVC KD-AVX1 HU and a Kenwood KSC-SW1 sub in the rear footwell BUT............The sub isnt powerful enough for my needs so I am after a bigger one.

However, I am a little pushed for space as I use my estate car to carry my tools and all manner of crap around the country. I want a powerful sub that can be shoe horned into the corner of the load area and that can be removed quickly if i need to put the seats down.

Running cables is a doddle so no issues there.

What do you think peeps? I am after recommendations if poss.

it isn't an active sub no ad although they aren't physically big they are heavy

i think this one weighs about 30kg

I'm way too lazy to build boxes and the like, just ask SWMBO, she will tell you.

Rockford Fosgate use to make a rather loud *cough 1000WRMS 10" sub(DVC too) - wouldnt need a big box either, think they were around the £260 mark. I'll see if i can get the finer details for ya....

I have a nearly new, single JL 12W3 up for grabs if you want (bought new in June for £150, was in car for about 2 weeks, then my engine work started) - Think its 500w RMS - Would need to fit it into its own box to wedge in that corner - Oh, and get a good tough grill if you have heavy items rolling about in the boot.

A single 12" sub and box wouldn't take up much room - Amplifier could still be mounted elsewhere if required

very good quality i agree but i have moved over to alpine

alos very good subs, i got a pair in the bot and struggling to not stick another 2 in there as my amp will happily run another pair, that would make 1200W RMS from 4xDVC 12"
