Received a letter yesterday that required a signature, Postman Prick (bless him) delivered it without the demand "Sign Here Sir"!
The 3 (A4) sheets were all in Garlic, without any English translation ,,,,, handy ????
Anyway ,,,, at the time (of "said" offence) I paid the Fine in Full on site (and have the receipt), and went on ,,, my very reduced speed ,,,, way home.
With my school boy French, I deduce they require another 22€ to complete the final summons!

NOW! WTF are they playing at?
