Just to let Steve and others know that I am now me + THREE, and the third extra person shall simply be kipping on the floor, and will bring own stuff. Like the Ring trip, he'll contirbute the same as everyone else (being left out the equation) in the form of food/drink. etc. Like the other two, they'll be fending for themselves whilst we do our thing on the Friday and Saturday.

Hope this is OK. I couldn't see the harm and he really wants to come on this fairly cheap trip.

You will have to confirm this with Steve later this week when he gets back from Holiday J. I know the floor is pretty well full and the last minute mystery guest was very touch and go with him already taking us over what the apartment owners will allow.

Have spoken to Steve this morning and he says there is no way we can have another person in the current accomodation which is designed for 10 and we already have 14.

A solution may be that the 3 Stag Party people take on a room of their own. Steve can help with this but they would have to book it themselves. The two that have paid the deposit could have it back.

Little update, we have more people than beds/spaces available so Jason's "crew" will be staying elsewhere which means that it's worked out perfectly i.e. everyone gets a bed .

Jason, I will refund you the portion of the deposit to you at Trax on Sunday and collecting from the others still in red .

The final bill, which will need paying on arrival, means that you will each have to fork out around 80 EURO's on top of the £30 you have given me already. PLEASE TAKE THIS IN CASH WITH YOU, it would be a nightmare to pay with 12 seperate credit cards!!.

If my tickets show up in the post. If I dpn't make it to TRAX due to the bloody royal mail, please keep the £60 as that will basically cover the 80 euros right? Maybe leave enough change for a pint?

Im taking £200 Krone
and £50 euros plus plastic only because steve's car is addictive to super unleaded .

£50 in Czech Krone (if I need more = cashpoint ), and £100 in EURO's.

You accomodation will need to be paid EURO's (cash preferably although you can use your cards if need be).

Well, I need 80 euros to pay Steve/Apartment place, and I'll take £30 odd Euros plus some Ring leftovers for food on the trips. £50 in korunas as I'm buying a DVD for one of the Czech bunch and will be getting £30 worth of Korunas in exchange.

Travel Packs will be sent out today but due to their nature and content I am only sending to the owners of cars as most of the information is related to travel issues. Whoever recieves one it is your responsibility to make sure that your co passengers have a read through, perhaps when you start your journey's next week.

All of us are to meet at Dover Ferry Terminal at 3:30am excluding Shifty & Loz who we will be picking up along the way somewhere in Germany!.

A checklist for everyone has been posted before but here is a reminder:-


1. Passport.
2. European car insurance.
3. European AA cover or something similar.
4. EURO's & Czech currency.
5. EHIC cards and/or health insurance.
6. Photo Driving Licence, both parts.
7. Ferry crossing booking reference.

So have I Will, but it states on the booking conditions to be there an hour before your departure!!!!. I'm sure you'd be OK turning up just before 4:00am but it's up to you. If you ain't on that boat do not expect us to wait in Calais!.

The local postal strike is over, so I should receive stuff through the post relatively quick, as long as the backlog at Exeter sorting office doesn't take too long to sort out.

Looking forward to it. I get some Korunas tomorrow as local travel shop has about £200 worth in stock.
