| Hello, I am totaly new in this forum and I can not find any thread about this issue. I have a Fabia 1.4, everytime I push the accelerator pedal after a stop, the car hesitate (hesitation) to speed up again. while it is running at any speed it is just fine and volatille. I took it several time to the shop but they just clear the engine light in the panel, but the problem is not solved. I will appreciate to whom help me in a posible solution. it is a little dangerous to drive in a city with this problem. thanks JA. |

| Welcome ![]() If you dont get any ideas from here, I would goto another dealer and explain what is happening, also tell them you feel it is dangerous. Good luck

| How long is the hesitation? If only a split second, it may be a feature rather than a bug. I seem to remember seeing it mentioned in early reviews of the Fabia. |

| I know from a dealer that the 2ltr petrol Furby release in the UK was delayed due to " acceleration lag from the drive by wire system " This was from standing and in ALL gears.
