Default finally afford a vrs 2kids etc

hi just bought my first skoda 04octaviavrs love the car but it dosnt feel as quick as i thought it would last car was 2litre focus octavia is 54k fssh and seems looked after
boosts from 2000 but stops at little over 3000 any advice

It definitely sounds like it's not running correctly. If you bought it from a dealer, get them to look at it...
