|  Hello from the south western hemisphere Hello, I just wanted to say "Hi" here. I'm a Canadian living in Colombia, South America and unlike the Great White North they have Skodas here! I have just bought a 1.4 16v 2006 Fabia Combi Elegance. It should be in my hands on Saturday. The Fabia is replacing a 2000 Renault Megane 1.4 16v saloon which, despite being a decent car to drive, saw the dealer nine times in the past 4 months and was starting to sound like a tractor with all its suspension and interior parts coming loose on the roads here. Renault... This is my first Skoda and I hope that it will be a good experience. Going back lots of years now I owned a black Audi 4000s Quattro. The way the doors shut on this new Fabia brings back fond memories of that Audi. Thanks to Briskoda for providing so much helpful information. Cheers, GlacierNR |
