| Help please - in trying to establish why door didn't buzz when opening door I managed to flick the lock mechanism closed. I can't now open it and therefore I can't shut the door. I just can't see what to do. Can anyone help urgently please? Dennis |

| you should be able to persuade the lock mechanism back with a big screw driver. it will be very stiff though.
