Very different - must be a one-off - but I like it.
Amazed to say it, but I even think the white walls suit the overall look. Are they a b!tch to keep clean?

Cheers dudes,
I always planned to put these wheels on.
I bought them 6 months ago,
but only just finished DIY'ing the house so its not a work-truck too much now!!!

Em - Don't worry, I'm around for a while, I got some little jobs left to show you....
Lummox - Good to be around fella!
andy - Yes, white walls have been on less than a week and are filthy!!! I'm currently working on some alternative retro wheels based on the original Skoda wheels, but I still need White Walls!!! They are a bit of a bugger to fit too!!! They still don't sit flat against the tyre, damn!!

Anyway, cheers everybody, it seems to get the thumbs up where ever I go, I'm so pleased everyone agrees with its radically different look!

Kewel wheels.

Personally I'd go with the debadge, but not the chequer roof, since IMO that won't "go" with the general 1960s image.

Good call bro,
I wasn't sure about it,
and I'm struggling to find a cheap option.
On the plus side - it would cover up some dodgy bits around the top of the windscreen.

I'll have a look about for some different 60's options, but plain is good!

Wheels - never seen another set, I reckon I could get good money for them if I wanted......

Very nice , it reminds me of the aircooled VW scene , which is strange! must be the whitewalls and that grey colour , straight off a Type 3!

Wheels meaning vehicle originally, but kewel rims with that sort of retro look too.

Not sure I've ever seen a pickup with one, but how about a grain leather effect "vinyl roof", rather than graphics? Check people like Rimmer Bros if you're not sure what I'm getting at.

Where can I get some clear side repeaters,
I'm well into that idea.

Dulux One-Coat Whitewalls - I'm sure you're joking? It needs to flex with the tyres, that would last about 10 metres!!! I bought white-wall trims from German Ebay for them, but I need to straighten them out as they don't sit too well against the tyres.
Feel free to do the same mods, all I did was put coilovers on and sexy wheels!

Vinyl roof - I like it.....

Clear side repeators are standard items from Skoda, Felicia 99>

Hi.

Nope, not much to report.

I took my polished wheels off for the winter,
and did some work on the standard steels.
I adapted some Aircooled Camper chrome domes which sit very nicely over the top of the wheel-nuts!!!
I just received some new White wall trims to put on to these wheels,
I'll put a picture up when I'm done....

Sorry, but I imagine in the next 6 months (over winter)
The mad Scientist P4ulo will be busy in his garage,
tweaking the Sko!!!
