| New OCT-VRS Owner. With all my prior cars ive joined a site like this for helpful hints and owner tips. came across this site would just like to introduce myself. 26 years old, new owner of a 53 (2004) plate Octavia VRS, 37000 miles, paid £7600 a month ago. Standard spec with zenons, parking sensors and cruise control. Very, very pleased, what a car. A big change for me as i previously owned a MR2 roadster, but fancied a bigger car, mates found it funny that i went for a skoda, but its amazing how there views change when you hit that gas pedal and 180 bhp pulls them, making them grip there seats. Hope everyone is good. Hope to get to know a few of you guys and learn a bit about these very underated beauties. New Oct-vrs(2.0T) or Old Oct-vrs(1.8T) ???????????????? I say old, more rugged looks...........but havent drove the 2.0T. Last edited by mluton; 04-08-2006 at 15:33. |

| Hi Mate Welcome , it is a friendly forum. I think there could be a couple of modded vRS`s on here ![]() But watch the wallet as it does get a beating. Have a look around , if you have any questions , just ask. Some clever sole will answer it for you. Have fun Sarah |

| Sounds like a good price for a cracking car! Take a test drive in a mk2 tho and then reach for the check book (IMO). Welcome to Brisky.
