Default new owner of a skoda fabia

hi everybody,
i've just bought a used Skoda Fabia 1.4 MPI Classic. it is a 3 year old car, if somebody has the same type of car and could give me some useful info about it, or an opinion, i would really appreciate it.
the car works fine, i love it, but what can i expect?

Hullo, same name as my Mum - Don't see many "Gabi"s, spelt that way. Short for Gabriele? No German connections?

Sure there are lots of people who can help you with that car - Try using the search facility, or if nothing pops up of use, ask in the "Fabia" or "Ask a Tech" section.

The MPI is the 8v verison? If that's the case you're lucky because you don't have a timing belt - you have a chain!

We had one.In three years of happy motoring there were two problems.Fuse for the front wipers blew occasionally.Secondly the pipe for the rear wash came off now and again.
