| not got a skoda YET just thought i'd introduce myself. fourth year student in scotland. don't have a skoda but hopefully sometime next year when i finish but lookin all the time. got to be an ocatvia diesel estate. prob got about £6k to spend. anything i should look out for? any info would be greatly appreciated. another thing - is it safe to add tuning box to a high milage motor? |

| Briskodian | Welcome to the forums. I dont know anything about octavias, other than the Courtesy car 1.4 version they game me is Sloooooow :p Anyway when i started posting here i didnt have a Skoda either haha, that always changes :p |

| Hello and Welcome, don't think you would have to much of a problem as long as the engine feels ok and is in good condition FSH etc. enjoy when you do get one!!!
