Smile octavia 4x4: power loss and more

Hi all

I'm from Oporto, Portugal;
I have an Octavia break 4x4, 2002 (Nature I), 1,9TDI,
30000miles (only!), I like it: it has lots torque since 1500rpm,
a good handling and seems well buildt!

Let me describe 2 problems I had with the car and ask
if someone knows something about them...

- about 2 months ago in the highway, a complete and sudden loss
of engine power - as if the accelerator didn't work;
Ignition off, ignition on... and everything worked fine ever since.

- the container of the windscreen washing liquid seems to have
a big hole at the bottom, 1 liter of liquid falls off in 30 seconds!
