welcome
Which insurance company is good varies so much based on who you are, where you live, etc..... so just shop around....
Having said that, a lot of people say confused.com is good... and of course you could try Chris Knott or the people I'm with - Adrian Flux.
Have fun with your car when it arrives anyway

Bell Direct a branch of Admiral are cheap but again they don't like mods You could try the insurance centre on autotrader website they do a search of many companies and list them in order cheapest first

We've got the Golf with elephant.com and mods were not a problem although we have no engine mods other than air filter

Depends on what you want to do with the car, if you want to "mod it" then try Greenlight or Chris Knotts

Elephant was always cheap for my Saxo VTS as was Bell Direct

Don't live Manchester. Highest insurance in UK. It's probably actually Northern Ireland but apparently that's not park of the UK.

I am currently insured with DL - but due to their policy of no mods for drivers under 25 I am insuring my Octy vRS through Brentacre. Basically Brentacre are a broker who are very mod friendly - they will set an engine power limit and quote a price based on that - as long as you do not exceed that power figure - anything goes
