| Briskodian | oil sensor problem 2004 octavia elegance Oil level sensor activates randomly, oil level ok. Sensor has been changed, problem still occurs. Also, management light comes on intermitantly. Any help much appriciated. Cheers Jimbobrsd |

| Re: oil sensor problem 2004 octavia elegance Engine management light will need diagnostics to determine whats at fault. Oil level light (yellow with wavy line under it) could be a faulty switch on the bonnet catch (depending on how often its coming on) or the wirig to the sensor (make sure it hasnt come loose and rubbing on the driveshaft). |
