| Thought I'd say hi. I found the forum after trawling the web for information on the Fabia vRS. Glad I did it's been most helpful. I've had a 2.0di Vectra for the past 5 years (0-60 in 15+ seconds!! ) and have been looking for anything with the VAG 130PD engine. I have to say the Fabia seems the best value by far.Went for a quick spin in one from a local dealer today and was very impressed. Not entirely smitten with the light grey interior but the wife loves it! He quoted me £11,800 including metallic which I thought was good?? All I need to do now is the hard part - parting with the cash - I'm probably the most indecisive person in the world so this part could take some time (or never happen at all like last year when I was looking)! Cheers All Steven |

| Thanks all Already completely converted to Skoda - it's just the parting with money I find difficult! Is £11,800 as good as it gets from a Main Dealer or could I find cheaper? |
