Unhappy wont start when stalled

new at this stuff but here goes...... i brought a T reg skoda felicia 1.3l a week ago and have found that if i stall the car it doesnt wont to start unless I pump the excelerator like mad. can anyone help me with this problem as otherwise the car is great.

there fuel injection, does that make a difference?

It could be one of the engine sensors has gone. My wifes Felicia had a simalar problem.
Dealer sorted it.
