| It means it's due for an imtermediate service (i.e. basically just an oil change).

| You don't say which vRS you have - Fabia or Octavia. The Fabia will be on Fixed intervals of 12 months or 10k miles, that being the case I would say it's simply the sevice indicator wasn't reset properly last time. The Octavia could be on Fixed or Variable, Fixed then as above the indicator probably wasn't reset, Variable should be a maximum of 18k miles between services based on oil quality.

| Depends on the car and current service regieme. For an octy on variable servicing you need to go to the dealer to get it reset. For an octy on fixed servicing, the instructions on how to DIY is in the manual, as I believe it is for the fabia. If your car is currently on variable, then you will also need the correct oil as specified for variable servicing. Also if on variable do not follow the instructions in the manual as you will mess the coding up between the dashpod and ecu.
