Speaking with BPM & Octav.ed, we were thinking about the below.

Leaving Dublin at 1300
Arrive & go for food 1500-1530...............Octav.ed to decide location
Get to Stormont for 1645................meet others
Gate Open 1700
Rally Starts 1800

Doh...forgot the map...

Directions :

From M50 northbound, exit to M1 northbound and take the first exit labelled Dublin Airport. Take the third exit at the roundabout and approximately 100m down this road is the coachmans on the RHS. Unfortunately due to barriers, you must continue to the next roundabout and take the last exit to come back to the coachmans.

We'll be parking there. Look out for the hearse.

We're leaving at 13:00hrs, so be there for a brief chat at 12:45. ETA at Eddie's is about 14:45-15:00 on a normal day, but since every car nut is going to be there, and there's bound to be heavy traffic and every Traffic Corps marked and unmarked squadcars everywhere (not that we'll be worried about them) it'll be 15:30-16:00hrs.

I hope you all have your Skoda Paraphenalia at the ready. Gaff has sourced one or two bits, but due to illness is unable to come, so I robbed (erm...borrowed) them

We'll wave at the telly for you as no doubt you'll be glued to RTE as it's showing live coverage.

I got to Drumshanbo for 2am that morning. I'm back home now after following rally fri and some of sat, got to see some great action, weather got too bad so we gave up!
Back home now : warm and dry
